Cancellation Policy
There is no cancellation fee if appointment is canceled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time. If appointment is not cancelled in a timely manner, there is a 50-100% charge of the scheduled appointment fee. All fees must be paid before an appointment can be made. Also, after so many cancellations, no shows and late arrivals client must prepay for all services.
Because I book services by appointment, it is important that each person arrive on time. However, if you are 15 minutes a late a late fee may be incurred. After 20 minutes you would need to reschedule and a fee will be attached to future service.
